Alan has over 20 years' of experience in the software development industry and founded Hindsight in 2012. Alan is an experienced coach in agile methods, and has a particular passion for delivering high-quality software systems as a team. 

His journey started as a developer and tester, and he has spent the last 11 years helping MedTech's and Banks implement behaviour-driven development (BDD) within product development. Organizations Alan has worked with include Amadeus, Avis, Cisco, Roche and Thales.
